Bulgarian representative Nicky Obreykov will open the ISU European Figure Skating Championships, that starts in Moscow (Russia) tomorrow. Obreykov, who will participate for second season in a row, drew the first number from 37 skaters. In the last and usually strongest group are the five time champion Javier Fernandez (Spain), Alexei Bychenko (Israel), Jorik Hendrickx (Belgium) and the the Russian skaters Mikhail Kolyada, Dmitri Aliev and Alexander Samarin.
