New Olympic Champions Alina ZAGITOVA (RUS) and Aljona SAVCHENKO/Bruno MASSOT (GER) are looking
to earn their first World title. Several former World Champions are competing in the event as well: 2015 and 2016 World Champions Gabriella PAPADAKIS/Guillaume CIZERON (FRA) , 2012 World Champion Carolina KOSTNER (ITA), 2014 World Ice Dance Champions, Anna CAPPELLINI/Luca LANOTTE(ITA). SAVCHENKO has won five World titles with her former partner Robin SZOLKOWY (GER).
